The Horizon VHF Radio HX380 can be programmed to scan any number of channels, either with or without a priority channel, or just to switch between a priority channel and one other channel (dual watch). Features a single charge of a lithium-ion battery that can last up to 13 hours of operation. Receiving crystal-clear radio signals in a noisy setting is no longer a concern because this device was built with heavy commercial use in mind and comes with an integrated 700mW speaker. The dedicated WX key makes it simple to choose from ten pre-programmed NOAA and Canadian Weather channels. Additionally, it can be configured to keep an eye on WX channels and provide an audible alarm when storm advisories are in effect.
