The Standard Horizon VHF Radio GX1850W comes with simple plug-and-play NMEA bus connectivity, keeping your connection convenient. The radio can quickly receive position data from a compatible GPS and deliver DSC information (position sharing data, DSC distress information) directly to the chartplotter's display via a single plug-in interface. The new Easy to Operate menu system has been redesigned with the operator in mind and is more user-friendly than before.

Only a few straightforward actions are required to access all menu options and settings. DSC programming and calling have never been simpler. By taking up less dash space and enabling more mounting options, the rear case design also provides flexibility when flush putting the radio in confined spaces or bracket mounting the radio.
