Multi-constellation reception is used by the Antcom FRPA-Footprint GNSS Antenna product line to receive GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) signal reception. Three frequency bands are covered by this G3 antenna: GLONASS L1, GPS L1 + Galileo E1, and L-Band plus BeiDou B1. The mounting footprint of the Fixed Reception Pattern Antenna (FRPA) enables simple integration onto both new and old systems. In military, aerospace, and other applications, the tough enclosure can survive extreme environmental conditions.
There are passive and active (amplified) variants of the product family available. Sharp band edges and linearity within the GNSS bands are provided by two-stage ceramic and surface acoustic wave (SAW) filtering in the active configurations. To assure operation in areas with high levels of ac ambient interference, the upper and lower frequency bands are independently boosted and filtered. The applications where the antenna is placed close to the GNSS receiver are best suited for the passive designs.
Antcom can adapt this product line to fit your unique needs. For more information on customization choices, kindly get in touch with us.
