Through clever software and hardware management, ASE docking stations improve and protect the Iridium 9555 satellite phone. The ASE DK050 Iridium 9555 Docking Station offers a 9555 speakerphone or a corded intelligent handset for local use (purchased separately).
* Phone not included
Advanced tone management informs the operator about system condition, and "smart dialing" minimizes misunderstanding when country codes differ. Power on and power down control, as well as a USB connection for data transfers, are among the other clever hardware and software capabilities.
Live docking and undocking with vivid LED status icons to show calling progress, satellites in view, and data transmissions are also supported by ASE docking stations. There's even a status indication that shows whether the Iridium 9555 isn't docked properly. The Iridium 9555 is protected by an ASE docking station's tight locking mechanism, yet it may be removed fairly rapidly for situations that need "grab-and-go" scenarios. If you have any questions about ASE docking stations and the ASE DK050 Iridium 9555 Docking Station please contact Apollo SatCom.
